Mobile Enrolment Kits

Our mobile enrolment solution is designed to be used in enviroments where it is not possible or required to set up a fixed unit. The unit is battery operated and is able to work for periods without power to ensure continuous operations in locations with a dearth of infrastructure. The system works in both real time and offline modes so that even in the remotest locations where connectivity is impossible enrolment can go on uninterrupted and data is stored securely locally on the mobile unit until connectivity can be established and the captured data transferred. The mobile enrolment kit is suited for enrolment of employees, citizens, civil servants, students, pensioners and health care patients. The kit contains all the hardware and software for the capture of demographic and biometrics including slap scanner, camera, signature pad, battery operated printer , and a laptop loaded with a customizable enrolment software which also ease customization and adjustment of fields captured for different client’s purposes.

Fixed Enrolment Workstations

The fixed enrolment unit is a roboust enrolment solution that can be deployed in more stable environments where there are facilities for power and other infrastructure including security. Any locations such as government offices, company offices, embassies, borders, health care centres where there is a need to capture demographic and biometric will benefit from using the fixed enrolment systems as it allows for the establishment of optima conditions for quality capture of images, biometrics and demographics. Like the mobile unit the system can also function in online or offline mode to support operation during connectivity outages.

Online pre-enrollment Website

The online pre-enrollment website component that has been highly successful in reducing the duration of enrolments by allowing the enrollee to provide most of the enrolment data before coming for the full enrolment. This saves the enrollee lots of time when the full enrolment is to be done. The enrolment website is also customizable to tailor the process and data captured to the requirements of the client.

Foundational Civic Registers

Creating reliable registers of people and citizens is mandatory for any modern society. Governments around the world as well as private organisations are realising that unique identity solves many problems which have made provision of efficient services and uniform spread of development difficult. A centralized and unified persons’ register becomes the sole reference for information and the authentic information source for everything related to citizen identification. In each of these cases, the identity of the document holder needs to be established and validated.
